The Alexandria Condominium Board of Directors meets monthly in the clubhouse. Date and time notices are placed in building entrances and driveways. All residents and owners are encouraged to attend. Owners interested in being on the Board should notify Management.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS:
Our maintenance company is First Coast, CMS. Maintenance is onsite weekdays from 8am to 4 pm. Unless it is an emergency, do not contact maintenance for personal help during business hours. All concerns about the property or repair requests should be reported to Management via email. All repairs must be initiated and supervised by management.
